Founded in 1907, the traditional Witt Group with over 2,300 employees and some 6.5 million customers throughout Europe is now one of the biggest mail-order companies offering textile products for the 50plus target group. Besides the core brand WITT WEIDEN, which in the meantime is operating successfully in a large number of countries, the subsidiaries Sieh an!, création L and Ambria have emerged within the Witt Group over the past few years.

Although the mail-order trade is generally going through a difficult phase, the Witt Group has for years managed to hold its own in the market and to further develop its edge over other competitors – especially here in the Upper Palatinate. We owe this, of course, to our staff, who stand out for their excellent qualifications and motivation as well as the strong sense of loyalty to the employer that is so typical of a regional location.

Precisely the construction of an ultramodern logistics and distribution center underscores our clear commitment to the North of the Upper Palatinate as a top business location. This investment takes account of the steady positive trend recorded by our company and also makes us flexible and competitive for the future. It will boost the region and secure many new jobs in the long term. The implementation of this project was largely made feasible by the support of the State Government and its bodies, the district administration and the local communities.
